I am not able to send texts

I have been trying to send texts for the past couple of days with no texts going through at all.  I am able to receive texts from others but not the other way around.  This problem has never happened before in the past.  I am currently using Samsung Galaxy S9+.  I am trying to get through to Fido but it's taking forever to get through to them.  After 40 minutes of waiting on the phone Fido cuts out my call.  This problem is very frustrating because I am not able to send texts to my customers for the last couple of days.
