You should also note that threats generally do not help to resolve matters. To be clear, I am not suggesting you are not able to sue them. It's the call me or else which is not helpful. If you would like to discuss your matter, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. You can also bring your concern to Fido Management via their Resolve a concern page.
