I am Having Problems.

I am a telephone user only, nothing more nor less.  My question is why do you have to make it so difficult for a computer illiterate to beable to review his statement every month.  In the past I have no problems gaining access to my statement.  I have gone through the Community preamble.  Please keep users so as myself in mind when making revisions to your program by keeping it simle.
