Hi, I bought a new data plan (not with a phone) and I still have not recieved a shipment email after almost 4 days. Just wondering if this is normal?
When I check my account it says that there are no active orders. Very confused.

Welcome to the community!
You will only get the shipment email once the SIM card has been shipped you should also check your spam/junk folder, if you do not see any orders then I would suggest you contact customer service and they can look into your account further and better assist you.
