I got a call from Fido Winback team a few days ago and I accepted an offer for a device and a plan and I was told that the device would be shipped ASAP. I haven't received either an order or a shipping confirmation for the device.
When I spoke to customer care, I was told that the Fido Winback team needs to call me to confirm some details again but I haven't received any call. Also, the customer service told me that there was no way they could contact the Winback Team.
Is there any way that I could contact the Winback Team?
