Huge Thank-you to Fido for saving me when I got hack and didnt know it

Got a call from Fido asking if I ordered a new iphone (I have not). They said someone tried to order one, plus change my phone plan, email & phone number and send the new phone to a different province. 

I am so lucky that they blocked it and called me right away. This could have been a major disaster I just cant handle as this is the week from hell already with a death in my family and it's only Monday!
