Welcome to the Community!
We’ve created this space to connect you with other users for support relating to our products and services.
We have a Community Manager and Moderators in place, but this is also a peer-to-peer community. Like any public forum, there are a few simple rules to follow to make sure everyone's enjoying and getting the most out of the community.
We reserve the right to edit or delete any and all posts, or limit a user’s access if he or she repeatedly abuses the Community Guidelines. Long story short, stay out of trouble. We’re all in this together.
Take a look at the guidelines below, as well as the Terms of Use, which govern use of the Fido Community. You can also view our Privacy Policy here.
Keep it clean: It should be obvious, but there are some things you just can’t do on here. Don’t swear, don’t say things that might offend someone and don’t post anything inappropriate. We’ll just delete it.
Keep it courteous: We’re all for healthy debate, but when it breaks down into personal attacks or anything targeting a corporation or organization, that’s when it stops being cool.
Keep it on-topic: The forums are meant to assist, so we want you to make sure whatever you’re posting is relevant to the community, the topic at hand, or to other peoples’ comments. Otherwise, it’ll be deleted, along with any posts that discuss moderator action.
Keep it legal: Any posts relating to a legal or financial matter will be deleted. Also, don’t post info that’s known to be false, inaccurate or misleading. That isn’t helpful to anyone.
Keep personal info private: This forum is public, so don’t share any personal info that you wouldn’t be comfortable with just anyone, or anything that could pose a safety issue to you or someone else (e.g. addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses). If we need to reach you, we’ll send you a Private Message.
Keep it spam-free: Any spam or third-party product plugs will be deleted. Duplicate or repeat posts (posting the same message in more than one thread) may also be removed if they don’t contribute to the conversation.
Any opinions expressed on this forum are those of their respective contributors only. The views expressed do not necessarily represent or reflect the views of Fido, its management or employees. Fido is not responsible for, and disclaims any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for, the content of comments written by contributors to this forum.
