Hi there,
I bought a new phone and sim card and have been trying to update the sim card to get it to function yet whenever I input the chip numbers I get a reply saying the sim is invalid. I have tried this on multiple browsers. Please help.

In the steps to update your sim card on Fido.ca, you have to enter the old sim card number as well as the new sim card number.
That's when you are getting this error message?
Also, have you tried from another browser to see if you get the same result?
I also see that you said that you bought that sim card. To confirm with you, this sim card is brand new and was never used before today?
