We are trying to set up a new Fido account for our secondary phone with the $10 pre-paid plan, how can we do it online?
We tried to register with a new email, it asked us to pick an option, i.e. Fido Prepaid Customer, then it asked for our Fido phone number, which we don't have one yet?
We tried Live Chat but again it asked us to log in with our Fido phone number, which we don't have yet.
Please assist. Thank you.

There are multiple ways to activate your prepaid plan online! Did you try the prepaid activation page?
If you are experiencing troubles with that link, you can also send us a message on social media (Facebook or Twitter) or through live chat as a new customer.
