How to separate internet and mobile accounts

I have since moved out of my last property but the modem of the internet is still there, and is still under my name. I would like to keep my mobile account under my name and be able to access it, but I would also like to separate the accounts so I can give ownership of the internet to the people who live there and will pay it.

How can I do this?

You can indeed split both accounts by transferring your home internet service over to the new user. This would be a simple transfer of responsibility process.

 

Please note, that we will need to create a new Fido home internet account under the new user's name and complete a credit evaluation as well. The transfer will be conditional to the approval of that final step.
