Hi, how can I get a copy of the service contract?

I have contacted Fido and even with my contract number they refused to email me the original contract. Who do I need to talk to next?

That doesn't sound like us. I am sorry your experience regarding that wasn't positive. 

We can send you a service agreement if you purchased your device from us (via customer care/online etc.). Simply reach out to us through these channels.

However, if it was in store purchase, you have to go back to the store where you purchased your phone to get a copy of your service agreement.

Hi @Ann23 , you were sent a copy of the contract with your welcome email or when you changed your plan. If that was a while ago, you can definitely contact Fido Here to request a copy to be emailed to you. Enjoy the rest of your weekend
