Hello @Lynnzhou93 , have you called Fido to request that they report to Equifax? You could possibly contact the credit department and request a report to Equifax. Other than you speaking directly with Fido support, I am not sure how you would have that happen. You could contact fidosolutions on Twitter and ask how to get that done.
