Having trouble here. Trying to cancel my data top up but texting CANCEL to 222 doesnt work and ill be charged 10$ to change my bill if i talk to an agent. Very annoying as ill be charged more because the system doesnt work
Can someone help?

Since texting CANCEL to 222 doesn't work you will not be charged for contact customer service regarding this issue, for a list of all the administrative charges see here.
You can contact customer service and have them look at your account to see what is happening, alternatively, you can also send a private message to @FidoSolutions and a moderator would be happy to assist you.
