Hi GRB11

Welcome to the Community! Very_Happy

Only you as the account holder can request a temporary suspension of your account. I'll send you a PM and we'll look at your options.

For future reference, don't hesitate to reach out to us on our Facebook or Twitter page here

@FidoMegan can't an authorise person on the account do it? I'm authorised on a couple of account and i'm able to make changes and order stuff given I never did a suspension.

So as an authorise person on an account I can not do a suspension?

Hey @KAPABLE-K,

As an Authorized User on an account, you gain access to quite a few transactions that you can complete. However, for security reasons, certain transactions can only be completed by the Account Holder himself / herself.

The Temporary Suspension is one of them.

In addition, an Authorized User cannot:

  • Request a transfer of service
  • Activate a new line
  • Deactivate an account / Resume a deactivated account
  • Add a PIN or another user to the account
  • Remove a lost/stolen restriction on a phone
  • Request a phone number change
  • Request any banking info or credit evaluation records

You can find a list of the transactions that can be performed by an Authorized User here.

Hope this helps Smiley
