Bought online to pickup at the nearest store. At the store they saw the order but it wasn't ready for pickup. They suggested coming back before the store closed that evening. 3 days later still no email to confirm order has been processed. He had the SIM cards in his hand. Arrghh, so frustrating!

No, an email never came and the store said to wait for notification to pick up at Roger's (next door store). It's been 10 days since the order was placed. Twassassen Mills location. Am going to phone support for help.

Really sorry to read about your experience. Were you able to get your hands on your SIM card by now?
Also, did the store rep provided a reason as to why it wasn't ready for pickup?
Lastly, can you please share the location of the store you visited that day please?
