How do I change my voice mail signature back to default?

How to delete recorded voice mail signature and change it back to default? 

I only have the option to delete it and re-record for a new one.

Welcome to the Fido technical community,

I suggest you call our customer service department at 1-888-481-FIDO (3436) . They can reset the voicemail configuration completely. That should reset the voicemail back to the default greeting. I believe there is no way to reset this feature on your own.

Hi!

Very good question even if 4years old, especialy since you do not need to have your voicemail reset.

What you would actually do is call your voice mail and press: 3 - 1 - 3 - 1

For general greeting you still need to record your name but thats all.  If you press 3 you will be recording a special messag.

Hey @Community!

Although this thread is old I did want to provide an updated solution.

At this time there is no default greeting for our voicemail services and keeping a default greeting is not possible. Once voicemail becomes active on your account a greeting must be set up in order for your voicemail to work.
