Hello there,
I filled up the embassador's program form and signed in a few weeks ago and I haven't heard back from the company to tell me my request was already approved. Some of my colleagues tell me that it only takes a couple of weeks and it is going to be a month since I sent the paperwork. I already recieved my first bill and I don't know what happened with my application because I am needing charged fully as if I weren't part of the program. Is there a way to know if I am already in the program? Or I need to resend my application? Thanks

You would need to contact customer service in order to inquire about your application status for the Ambassador program. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
