How I can get the bill older than 18month?

Hi there @Isaacyip , to get older billing records I believe you would  have to contact Fido at *611 from your device or one of the social media channels of fidosolutions on either twitter or facebook. If it is possible, they should be able to send you the billings you require. Hope it works for you, cheers
