Help me suspend my account!!

For the love of god can someone please help me? I'm out of the country for a few months, I'm on a month to month so I am eligible to suspend it. I can't call FIdo because I'm across the world and haven't got a new sim yet.  Everytime I try and message the live chat there is no one there.  I am paying money for no reason????? I don't know who else to contact? The website is full of circular links, I keep getting brought back to the contact us page. Can someone PLEASE help me?

I'm not sure how it brings you in a circle it does not do that at all.

Other than live chat you can also reach out to Fido through social media and they have a direct number you can call from abroad 1-514-925-4590 you can find the other ways including the social media links here.
