Got a message saying I have an offer for 5GB

I got a message from 4745 saying I can get a 5 GB bonus. I tried activating this with a customer specialist and they said it doesn't exist.

 

Can someone help?

If you already spoke to customer service and they do not see the offer then no one will be able to do anything. I actually had the same thing happened to me this morning except I got a pop-up message when I logged in on Fido.ca.
