I have a $500 credit limit on my account. I have just recently exceeded that amount. My bill invoice informs me that my service has been shut off although my phone is still working. If my phone does get cut off do i need to pay the amount back down to $0 to restore phone service? Or just restore the amount below my $500 credit limit? I really need to be able to have my phone stay in service. Stressed!

Welcome to the community
If the account gets suspended because you're over the credit limit, we would simply need a payment that would bring you below it.
By receiving that payment, the account will get reconnected automatically.
Keep in mind that the fastest payment method is via Credit card.
