We'd love to get you all the info you need, we do need some more details though.
Are you looking for a phone on an existing line, or for a new line?
If it's to add a line, you would have to contact us and we can add the line and ship you the phone.
If it's for your existing line, then you should be able to do it via Fido.ca. If you get an error message of any sort let us know what it is.
