French robo call

I have been receiving calls daily for the past 4 days.  They go to voice mail, all in french saying they are fido and I must contact them concerning my account and they leave a phone number.

1-888-288-2106, is this really fido?

I called fido, not at that number, and they said there is no problem with my account.

Who is filling up my voice mail?
