Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we know all of the possible email addresses Fido might use.
That said, NOREPLYTEC@fidomobile.ca is one of emails Fido uses. I received an Account Change Confirmation email relatively recently from that exact address. The account change in question was expected and correct.
If you would like further verification, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
