Trying to upgrade phone through website...Not allowing me to do so

Anyone else having issues with Fido's website when trying to look at phones or try to upgrade their phone? I just get a message "Sorry! Something went wrong! We're working on fixing it as quickly as we can. Please check back in a few minutes." Plus, live chat isn't working to spealk with an agent. This has been ongoing for 3 days now for me.

I've had this exact issue for the past two weeks now. And before an employee asks, yes, I've tried multiple browsers... AND multiple devices.

It has also become impossible to chat to anyone from Fido because of the absolutely useless AskJack chatbot integration...

Hi @loriviotto68 , that doesn't sound right. Have you tried a different browser? You can also try on the fido app. If you don't find any resolution by using a different browser or the app, you may want to call *611 from your device and report the inability to access the website. You definitely want to get that resolved or a fee will be charged if you order through customer service instead of online unless they are willing to waive it in your situation. I hope you get resolve
