I was never told that my discount will be removed after 12 months when I was signing up for the Plan. And now I got tied up with the contract so I can redeem the offers that Fido has. Is this how Fido treat their loyal customers?

hey there @Kaif_1 , sorry to hear you feel like you weren't told the conditions of your discount. I have had notifications for the last couple of months telling me my discount ends on Feb 6th. Are you sure you didn't have a reminder on your monthly invoice? At the time of signing it would have been on your agreement. I know people don't always read their contracts, but the information is there. Sorry you got a surprise.
