Unable to make calls or get calls

Hi all,

Incoming and outgoing is not working but data and text messages are working fine.

Tried to connect with service centre but no luck.

Mobile I am using is Y2019.

Please revert.

  Sorry to hear you're having issues with your calls. To clarify, though, had you previously been able to make/receive calls with your phone? As well, could you please provide more information regarding the device you are using? I'm not coming up with very much information when searching Y2019.
