Been waiting on a call back from Fraud Management. both of the messages say "we will return your call by the end of the business day" and theres no other ways to contact them besides their 2 phone numbers. apparently nobody that works under fido can communicate between each other either because one of the 3 supervisors ive talked with should have been able to connect me directly with the fraud team. its getting completely out of hand this company is claiming it wants to protect my identity but will not return a call regarding fraud on my account. clearly they do not care deeply what happens with their customers information.
