Fraud Management Unable to reach

I have upgraded/ordered phone in FIDO apps last July 03, 2024. Ive missed the call from Fraud Management because Im at work. Im trying to reached them million times but no one answered my calls. Fido office gave me the Contact number of the person in fraud management whom in charged of my case named Rebecca. This woman never answer my calls or either return my calls. Ive reached out many times and even in AskJack but nothing happens! Im really fed up! If Fido don't want me to upgrade my phone or order any phone! its fine. Just give me some feedback.

Good morning @kenyamson , I am  not really sure what your question is. Did someone order a new phone on your account without authorization? Did your device not arrive? Unsure of what the question is, so could you expand on it to tell us exactly what happened? We would love to help you find the answer to your question. Unless it requires accessing your account, then you must call into Fido support for assistance. Fido.ca/support
