Final Bill Refund

I closed my account 4 months ago in September last year but still have not received my refund check yet after following up multiple times, what do I need to do to get accounting to send that check to me to a Canadian address that's on file and have been verified multiple times by your CSR?

When you have a credit balance on your final bill, a refund cheque is usually sent out between 1 to 3 weeks after your final invoice is released. 


 I will ask Fido team to look up your account with your consent they should send you a DM fairly quickly to directly assist you.
