Tried to redeem free icecream offer at Dairy Queen on 4th July '23.

Printed out the redeem offer which had eight digits.

However the store outlet accepts five digits only so could not use the offer and ended up paying for both the orders.

Further could not try redeem again as it does not allow. Also the store associate was asking if there was a code which they could scan as that is what is normally done.

Can Fido check these freebies out before posting them.

  Sorry to hear you were unable to avail of that offer. However, while it is an offer from Fido XTRA, those offers are generally administered by the merchants providing the offer or a third party. In the case of the Ice Cream offer, I believe that deal is from a third party, Bonus Deals. If you are having issues redeeming a perk, you should contact the merchant directly (see here).
