So I discover some unusual $24 charged on my bill. I see that it's 2 times $12 for Fido Roam. I never asked for it. I call Fido. They tell me they're gonna reverse the charges. Then, they tell me they won't! They say it's because I sent an SMS, twice, and those activated Fido Roam automatically on those 2 days.
I never sent those texts. I asked the numbers to which they were sent: Fido is unable to tell me.
To me, this is nothing other than stealing $24 from me, tax excluded.
You can't imagine how disappointed I am. That's how in just a few seconds someone goes into hating Fido.
That's really not the experience that we want for you.
