Do free evening calls start at 5pm or 7pm? My features list says both.

I have a $100 prepaid plan (from one of those $100 vouchers) and my account indicates the following feature:

"Unlimited local evening calls (7pm to 7am) and local week-end calls (Friday 7pm to Monday 7am)Evenings and weekends (Weeknights, from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. and weekends from Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 7 a.m.)"

So which is it? 5pm or 7pm? See the screen capture below.
