I've been trying to replace my phone that i purchased with a deal since Dec 24 but no luck... I've been calling every single day to the rep from Marketing to get this resolved but there's no return call even though i leave the rep a voice message every single time. When i got a call finally a couple weeks agao I was told I would get a new phone with return label this Monday (Jan 7th) for the phone I am supposed to return but haven't received yet. Sales team sent the rep multiple emails so far to address this but this rep from Marketing never calls me back. Can someone please help me with this? It seems this dept doesn't care customers any more once they get customers back with a deal. Please make them call me ASAP!!!
