Got provided false information. 

What happened:

I was asking about offers and got a 30GB data for a price, then the website offered a 10GB add on so I took it. That makes 40GB data per month in theory. While I was asking other promotions and mentioned other company got good Black Friday deals, the live chat agent confirmed that I will continue to have 40GB data with the current plan. While I'm not looking at my new billing cycle the 10GB add on is gone, leave me 30GB permonth which is no where compare to Black Friday deals from other companies.

 

What's suspicious:

Now I know from another agent the add on cannot continue if I change my plan. What happened was they provide false information to you about the total data during Black Friday so I won't transfer to another company because my billing cycle is right after Cyber Monday. So after that, they'd be "screw it, we don't care anymore". ðŸ‘Ž

Tried the live chat, not so helpful. Agent told me there's nothing can be done because I have no offers available which was the exact reply I got earlier. So still feel I've been cheated by Fido Sad
