I know it's Cyber deal week, but the 611 support call has 2-3hrs wait time. So I have been trying the live chat to an agent on the website but it kept saying it's unavailable no matter at what time of day during the operating hours. I just wanted to find someone to fix up my plan that was upgraded recently. It's missing a credit discount. Please let me know if there is a retention phone line that I can call for support or is it faster to go to a Fido store?
Hi @saikei you could try contacting fidosolutions via Twitter. I find that it is more relaxing sending a direct message and doing my day until I get a response from fidosolutions. So much more relaxed and real time. Hope you get your account sorted out soon
