Fido increase monthly fee by $5 with the notion to help serve customers better?

I have always been dissatisfied with Fido's service as an exsiting customer. Fido is really mean to existing customers. They only care about getting new customers instead of keeping existing customers. They don't care that most customers are interested in low plan instead of being offering more data. By raising the monthly fee by $5 to serve customers better? That sounds funny! Why not serve customers by lowering the monthly fee? Our whole family members are Fido customers, and , and Fido is successfully pushing us to make the decision to switch all of us to other providers by the price increase strategy.

I agree.   5$ is a 10% increase to my bill.   Not fair at all.  Fido attracted me based on price!  Now they want more!   Please stop this money grab to all loyal customers
