Its been two weeks since i got notification that my phone has been shipped but i have not had any notification again.What do i do?

Hey @orlandoosman84 , in the notification, were you advised of a tracking number or who the carrier is? I'm not sure if once the device is shipped that there is any further correspondence. It's been a while since I ordered a new device. If you're concerned about your shipment, you could call customer service from your device *611 and inquire about the whereabouts of your order.
