Fido going paperless and the effects

I heard Fido is going paperless, what happens to those people who don’t pay online. How will those people be effected and will they continue to receive their bill at their address?

Welcome to Fido Community!

 

Since April 9th 2019, Fido has migrated to mandatory online billing. With this change, we are able to provide more flexibility and a simplified billing experience, while remaining environmentally friendly. We will send your bills on your fido.ca account only.

 

Is there any particular reason you are unable to pay online?

 

Having said that, you will continue receiving email notifications when your invoice is published. The due amount would be reflected on it. You can always go in a store to pay or make a payment via your financial institution.
