Fido doesn't help

I got a bill of 619 dollars. I am a student and I want to talk with agents, but their services are very bad, they are not picking up the calls  I am really disappointed with this. The app doesn't get updated at proper time and not shows proper bill and usage. It is really a huge amount and they don't want to help at all. Really disappointed. @Fido

Hi there @Harmandeep1999. Sorry to see you are experiencing difficulties with this. With this being the busiest period of the year, delays are to be expected to be able to reach someone. Keep in mind we however offer several communication methods, such as Live Chat, Customer service over the phone and Social Media messaging. You can find all our methods here. That being said, to view your bill in details, please access your account on our website and you'll be able to view all the details of your bill.
