Fido does it again!!

I have been having so many issues with fido lately. I added a data top up of 3gb on february billing cycle bcoz I went over data at that time which I clearly didnt and they added it in march when I don't need it. I only used 9gb of data in March out of 10gb. I clearly didnt use the addon but fido still wants to charge me for the addon. This is what fido does after 9 years with them . If they wouldn't have got me on 2 year term I would've left it this moment.
