Fido cannot provide proof of denying referral credits

When I bought 2 connections I was told of fido referral programs. I gave 5 referrals. After 8 months they gave me 2 credits and now refuses to give me 3 more. After dozens of follow up in past 1 year they are giving reasoning that is beyond my understanding. They say system date and activation date are different whereas the people went to store for getting their connections. When asked to provide email or screemshot of the exact issue, they refused to provide. What a shame.
