Fido bill

Hi,

   I have a question, I have set up my fido account for pre authorised payment. But I forgot that the I already enrolled my account for pre authorised payment. So I paid the bill manually on my bank account on the due date. It is my first bill on fido so I was worried to not pay it on time. Will Fido still deduct my oustanding bill to my bank account?

Hi @Jesss2 , you should be alright with the payment. If your balance is zero when it is scheduled to be paid, then I believe it won't be withdrawn again. If it does,  then you will go into the following month with a credit balance and won't be invoiced for that month. I hope that makes sense. I have done that in the past when I had to update my credit card, I paid right away and if I remember correctly when it was time for the charge to my credit card the balance was zero and not charged.
