Fido bill

Hi, I am Heewon Yoon who cancelled my fido plan from last November and I just got a bill indicating negative $38.01. I know this is a credit for overpayment but I want to request you to send the credit $38.01 back to my bank account since I cannot spend it in fido bill. And if you send it back to me, when can I get it back in my bank account?

Hello @HeewonYoon,

 

The refund is usually sent by cheque to the address on file, It usually takes 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks after the final bill is issued.

 

Payments made by credit card (including Visa Debit / Debit MasterCard) may be refunded to the same credit card if you request it before the automatic cheque refund is issued.
