Why can’t I sign into Fido app .... if I open Fido in browser no problem!!! App doesn’t recognize user name or password!
Hey @tbag246,
Any error message when you try accessing the app? Can you also try turning your wifi off and see how it goes?
If still no luck, try deleting the app and re-installing it.
