I've been with Fido for 5 years paying for insurance with Brightstar & now that I lost my phone & actually need it replaced, both Brightstar & Fido are refusing to help me.
Fido are constantly telling me it's nothing to do with them & Brightstar are literally unreachable. I've managed to get in touch through Fido twice & both times they've just lied to me to get me off the phone.
THEY WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR PHONE, DO NOT PAY THEM. Fido have been almost equally unhelpful after selling me this insurance so I would avoid any Rogers owned company at all costs.
Fido made me all kinds of promises about helping me through this & at the point of writing they have not.
