Fido Winback problems

I am having trouble reaching the Fido winback support team. They had called me last week and had trouble verifying my account so I went in store to get the verification done. Now that is has been completed there is no way to get in touch with the winback team. I had talked to a live agent and they said that someone would call me in 24-48 hours. It has been more than a few days now. Today I had spoken to another live agent and they said that there are no notes in my account. Don't live chats get the chat logs saved? How does a company this big have such terrible service? Why is there 0 ways for the employees to help out these customers?

Since the Winback team is an outbound calls-only team there is no way for you to reach them unless they call you.

Once the team makes notes on your account someone will call you back you just have to be patient and they will get back to you.
