I am having trouble reaching the Fido winback support team. They had called me last week and had trouble verifying my account so I went in store to get the verification done. Now that is has been completed there is no way to get in touch with the winback team. I had talked to a live agent and they said that someone would call me in 24-48 hours. It has been more than a few days now. Today I had spoken to another live agent and they said that there are no notes in my account. Don't live chats get the chat logs saved? How does a company this big have such terrible service? Why is there 0 ways for the employees to help out these customers?
