I am a new Fido customer. I received "Third Party Charges" of $3 for each use in my first bill. I have never used or subscribed to any such service and never authorized anything. can someone explain what it is? And how to deal with it.
It says "43556 HELLO". I have no idea what it is. Any help?
I am scared that I am going to keep receiving these types of billing going forward. I am now regret for choosing .....

I called Fido customer service regarding this. A fido rep helped me block all third-party services to my account. But, he is unable to refund the bills. Unfortunately, I have to pay the price I didn't make. Hopefully, I won't receive any surprise billings. If I receive it again, I will post it
