Fido/Rogers Winback

Hello ,i got a call from winback team on 8th june.i was with fido for three years but I switched so i got a call .Winback guy offered me plans for both Fido and  rogers but i selected Rogers as i got more credit .He set up my account with Rogers ,did all identifications,Credit check etc and gave me my new account number (with Rogers) and told me that i will get confirmation email within 24-48 hours and shipment  within 3-5 business days as i ordered device as well .bit after that nothing happened.No email ,No shipment.Everytime i am calling rogers /Fido ,they are just requesting winback team to call me back as they can't activate and process my order even if everything is documented on my account.i even gave interaction id but nothing happened.
