Hi Fido,
I've been a happy customer for a while, but I really don't understand what is going on with the Fido reservation system. I reserved a phone and paid my 40 dollars and then when I showed up at the store they told me they were all sold out (Not just to people who had reserved, but to walk-ins). I don't understand the point of the system if Fido stores are just selling the inventory to whoever walks in.... this is a very frustrating experience, does Fido offer any advice to those of us who followed the protocol?
